Grilling Marinade for Chicken or Beef


1/2 cup Persian Lime Olive Oil
1/2 cup Espresso dark Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp crushed rosemary, dried
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder


When making this amazing grilling marinade for your steak or chicken, combine all marinade ingredients in a large dish. Marinate beef or chicken for at least four hours and up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill meat as desired and serve hot. 

Note: Makes enough marinade for approximately 3.5 pounds of meat.
