Dill Chicken Patties



​In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Add mayonnaise, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar stir to combine; the mixture will be quite soft. Take about ¼ cup of the pattie mixture and form a pattie. Sprinkle with bread dipper & flour till evenly distributed on the pattie. Place panko in a shallow dish, place pattie in panko mix to cover (this makes it crispy).
Combine all ingredients & blend to desired consistency.
Heat the oil in a fry pan & cook the patties 3-5 min per side till golden brown.
​Serve on a burger bun or as the main with vegetables.
