3/4 cup balsamic vinegar (Espresso Balsamic)
2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
To enjoy our Salmon Glaze, combine the Espresso Balsamic, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard in a small sauce pan and whisk together on medium high heat and bring to a boil. Be careful to not scorch the balsamic vinegar by bringing it to a boil too quickly. Turn off and let cool just slightly, then spoon on salmon and serve. Try this glaze on steak, ribs, chicken, and grilled veggies.
