Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip


1 12 oz. container of whipped cream cheese
4-5 tablespoons Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar 
Sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your favorite sweetener.



Let the cream cheese warm at room temperature until soft.  Stir in the vinegar until smooth and sweeten to taste.  I use about 4 tablespoon Stevia to 5 tablespoons vinegar. 

FOR SAVORY DIP:  Use  Oregano or Jalapeno White Balsamic, or even our 18yr Traditional, no sweetener and had a little minced onion, garlic or sweet peppers.  Excellent as a dip or use to stuff mini-sweet peppers.
