Garlic Chicken Skewers with Honey Ginger Peanut Sauce


1 pound boneless , skinless chicken tenders
¼ cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Soaked Skewers

5 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Honey Ginger White Balsamic
Green Onion


Cut chicken into strips (tenders)

Thread chicken tenders onto skewers, brush chicken with Garlic Infused Olive Oil.

Add salt, pepper to taste and grill on both sides.

Serve with Peanut Sauce: Mix peanut butter with extra virgin olive oil, Sesame Oil, soy sauce, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and top with some green onions.
