Brussels Sprout Italian Salad

Ingredients

1 lb of Brussels sprouts, shredded in food processor
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey 
Pepper and salt to taste
1 teaspoon of bread dipper
1/3 cup Madagascar Black Pepper Infused Olive Oil (or your favorite)
3 tablespoons Jalapeno White Balsamic (or your favorite)
1 garlic clove
¼ cup pepperoncinis
½ small red onion
½ cup Kalamata olives
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup Provolone cheese cut
½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes
4 oz of Genoa Salami or 1 can of chickpeas if you want meat free

 

Preparation

Mix together dijon mustard, honey, bread dipping, garlic, Oil and vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl add in shredded Brussels Sprouts, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and pepperoncinis. Mix in the dressing. Top off with Salami and cheeses, mix all together and serve.
