Cherry Balsamic Glazed Pork
- 2 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 cups Black Cherry Dark Balsamic
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side. Turn down heat and drizzle Rosemary Olive Oil to taste. Remove from skillet.
- For glaze, Heat balsamic vinegar in a small pot or saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar thickens and is reduced to about 1/2 cup, let cool and serve.
