Caprese Salad


10oz. Grape Tomatoes

2 small cucumbers

8oz fresh Mozzarella 
2 tablespoons of Basil Infused Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Aged Black Cherry Dark Balsamic
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper








Cut grape tomatoes in half and cut cucumber into bite sizes. Tear the mozzarella into pieces. Place all ingredients into a bowl. Toss with the Basil Olive Oil and Black Cherry Balsamic. Season to taste.
