Grinder Salad Sandwich


¼ lb Pepperoni
¼ lb Salami
¼ lb Turkey
⅓ cup banana peppers
2 tsp of Bread Dipper
½ head of iceberg lettuce, sliced thin
½ red onion, sliced thin
1 tomato
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp of Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic (favorite balsamic)
1 tbsp of Wild Mushroom Sage Olive Oil (favorite Olive oil)
3 sub rolls
⅓ cup [parmesan cheese grated
¼ lb provolone cheese
1 tbsp Melted butter


Preheat the oven to 350. On a baking sheet put 3 rolls open faced. On one side of the roll you layer deli meats and top with provolone, the other side of the roll you spread melted butter. Put in the oven until the cheese is melted. Then switch the oven to broil on high until it is toasted to your liking. Remove from the oven. Top the lunch meat with Parmesan Cheese and tomato. In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise, Olive Oil, Balsamic, banana peppers, bread dipper, and lettuce. Add this mixture to the sandwich. Enjoy!
