Jambalaya Pasta


4 TBSP Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
16oz, Chicken Broth
1lb Linguine, cooked
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 TBSP Cumin
2 TBSP Bread Dipping Seasoning


Slice sausage and set aside. Rince, pat dry chicken, dice into 2 in. chunks, set aside. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5 min. Add chicken and brown for 10 min more. Add all the vegetables to the pot, except garlic, Add all seasonings. Cook for about 10 min. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add broth and mix well. Bring mixture to a boil, stir, scrape the bottom of the pot. Reduce heat and simmer, cover and cook for 30 min. After 30 min, add shrimp, cover and cook about 10 min more. Add it to pasta and serve!
