Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Olive oil – plain
Everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s
Heat up a half dollar size amount of plain olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. While skillet is heating, toss salmon fillets in Tuscan Herb olive oil and lemon juice. Don’t be stingy! Sprinkle the fillets with seasoning. Place fillets in skillet with skin side up. When salmon is cooked half way through, flip the fillets, turn off the heat, cover the skillet (keep it on burner) and steam salmon for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
