Grilled Espresso Balsamic Steak Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 12 Brioche slider buns
  • 1 package of slaw
  • 1 bunch of parsley
    ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2/3  cup Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    ¾ cup rice wine vinegar (for slaw)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano

Preparation

Make marinade by adding soy sauce, balsamic, (2 tablespoons) rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, lime juice, (half) garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk gently until well combined. Marinade your steak for 4 hours in the fridge or overnight. When ready to cook the steak pull the steak from the fridge and let it rest for 30-60 min. Heat grill cook for 3-6 min on each side depending on how you like your steak. After cooking, let it rest. Thinly slice the steak.
Make the slaw by adding parsley, garlic (other half), red wine vinegar,olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a blender. Pulse until there is a little bit of texture but it is saucy. Toss this sauce in the slaw mixture. Assemble the sliders. With steak and slaw on top! Enjoy!
