Vinegar Pie
Ingredients
1 pie crust
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons self rising flour
2 tablespoons of Cave Creek Olive Oil Company’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation
Preheat over 300
Combine all ingredients and mix well with blender.
Pour into pie crust
Bake for 45min. Cool and enjoy! You could also drizzle any flavored balsamic over it! YUM
