Cilantro Onion Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- 8 Flour or Corn Tortillas
- 1 Tbsp Jalapeno White Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro and Roasted Onion Infused Olive Oil
- 1 LB Fresh Cod or Haddock
- 2 tsp. Big Sur Gourmet Seafood Rub
- Slaw:
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 c. shredded purple cabbage
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt & pepper
- Shredded cheese
Preparation
Mix the Jalapeno balsamic, cilantro & onion oil, and seafood rub together. Brush the cod with Olive Oil mixture. Without overlapping, place fish fillets in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 350ºF for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice. Stir in cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the tortillas. Fill with fish, slaw & cheese. Squeeze lime juice over all. Avocado is optional. ENJOY!
