Cheeseburger with Balsamic Aioli
Ingredients
- 1lbs of ground beef
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tsp. Cave Creek Olive Oil Company Bread Dipper
- 2 Tbsp. Aged 18yr Traditional Balsamic
- 2 tbsp. Garlic. Infused Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Preparation
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Mix together the ground beef, garlic, olive oil, egg, cheese, bread dipper seasoning. Divide into four balls, and flatten into patties.
Cook the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. The internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Remove from the grill and place onto hamburger buns.
To make the Balsamic Aioli, whisk together Balsamic, the other half of garlic clove, salt and pepper, and mayo. Top with your favorite burger fixings!
