Ligurian Basil Pesto
Use this pesto with pasta dishes, on bread, or as a seasoning for fish.
Product of Italy. Keep in a dry and cool place. Keep refrigerated after opening covered with olive oil and consume within a few days.
Ingredients: 30% Genovese Basil PDO, 30% extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, cheese powder (cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Whey Powder, salt emulsifying salt: sodium phosphate), grana padano cheese pdo (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: egg protein), pocorino romano cheese pdo (sheep milk, salt, rennet), whey, garlic pine nuts, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains cashew nuts, milk, egg, pine nut.
