Haus Barhyte Dill Mustard
Use this mustard in place of regular mustard. Try it on sandwiches, burgers, brats, and in potato salad. Refrigerate after opening.
Potato Salad Recipe Below:
- 2 cups par-boiled small red potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Haus Barhyte Dill Mustard
- 4 slices crisp bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup purple onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. celery seed
- paprika to garnish
Directions: Boil the potatoes until tender. Let cool. Meanwhile, dice the other vegetables and cook the bacon. Cube the potatoes and put all dry ingredients in a bowl.Toss with mayonnaise and seasonings. Add dill mustard as the last step. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Ingredients: White distilled vinegar, water, canola oil, mustard seed, honey, salt, sugar, mustard flour, egg yolk, lemon juice (from concentrate), garlic, spices and coloring, dried dill weed, citric acid, white wine (contains sulfites), dill oil, xanthan gum, natural flavor.
